TRE® is a body-led series of simple, powerful exercises to release stress, tension and trauma and build resilience. It safely activates the body’s natural reflex of shaking or vibrating, calming the nervous system so the body returns to a balanced state.
The Global TRE® Provider Certification allows certificate holders to offer TRE® to the general public in both individual and group settings. The 2027 Singapore cohort is boosted by Internal Alchemy and taught by two TRE® Trainers.
Only one cohort per year runs in Singapore — register your interest early to secure your place.
March to August 2027 — Singapore. One cohort per year.
For your personal use — can be purchased alone. Includes the 2-day workshop and 4 online TRE® sessions: 2 personal & individual sessions (led by a different TRE® trainer) and 2 experienced in a group setting. ICF CCE for coaches included.
Open after completing Module 1. Includes a 2-day workshop, 5 supervisions (4 individual & personal with a different trainer, 1 in a group) and a 2-hour introductory Internal Alchemy for Individuals.
Open after completing Module 2. Includes a 2-day TRE® workshop, 5 supervisions (4 individual & personal with a different trainer, 1 in a group) and a 2-hour introductory Internal Alchemy for Groups. Completes your certification.
Somatic and Trauma-informed Executive Coach (ICF PCC), Global TRE® Certifying Trainer and Mindfulness Teacher, trained directly under Dr. David Berceli. Over 30 years of experience across 9 countries and 40+ nationalities. The 2027 cohort is co-taught by a second TRE® Trainer for richer, varied learning.
