About this certification
TRE™ is a body-led series of simple, powerful exercises that release stress, tension and trauma and build resilience — safely activating the body’s natural tremor reflex so the nervous system returns to balance. The Global TRE™ Provider Certification qualifies you to offer TRE™ to the general public, in both individual and group settings.
The 2027 Singapore cohort is boosted by Internal Alchemy and co-taught by two TRE™ Trainers — Isabelle Claus Teixeira and Simba Stenqvist — for richer, varied learning. Only one cohort runs in Singapore each year, so register your interest early to secure your place.

Your 2027 journey
February to November 2027 — three in-person modules in Singapore, each paired with online TRE™ sessions and supervisions, plus three self-paced bonus programs.
Your Personal TRE™ Practice
For your personal use — can be purchased alone. A 2-day in-person workshop plus 4 online TRE™ sessions: 2 personal & individual sessions (led by a different TRE™ trainer) and 2 online group sessions (1 Apr & 1 Jun 2027, 7–9pm SGT). 21 ICF CCE for coaches included.
Teaching TRE™ to One Person
Open after Module 1. A 2-day in-person workshop plus 2 online group supervisions (19 Jul & 16 Aug 2027) and 2 individual supervisions with a different trainer — building your skills to guide one person safely through TRE™.
Teaching TRE™ to Groups
Open after Module 2. A 2-day in-person workshop plus 1 online group supervision (13 Nov 2027) and 3 individual supervisions with a different trainer. Completes your Global TRE™ Provider certification.
Bonus programs included
Three self-paced online programs come with the full certification — each with the option to attend a live workshop for a discounted add-on.
Grounding
A self-paced online program led by Simba Stenqvist. Option to attend a live workshop for a discounted additional price.
Verbal Interventions

Simba Stenqvist
Global TRE™ Certifying Trainer and creator of Internal Alchemy — an integrated system of breathwork, fascial release, grounding and tremor work drawn from more than 25 years of hands-on practice in bodywork, nervous-system regulation and energetic healing, developed in close collaboration with Dr. David Berceli.
