TRE™ (Tension, Stress & Trauma Releasing Exercises) activates the body’s natural tremoring response — a neurogenic mechanism that discharges accumulated stress, tension and trauma from the nervous system. In this workshop you will explore how to use TRE™ within your coaching practice — not just as a self-care tool, but as a somatic method that helps clients move from activation to regulated presence, from trembling uncertainty to purposeful, embodied action.
Taught in English · in-person sessions also available in Romanian.
